Embrace the future! Our teams are proud to present the first part produced in our 4.0 factory in Toulouse Montredon: a beam for A320 passenger door conceived through Digital MockUp (DMU)!
Latecoere is to manufacture 28 different beams for A320 passenger doors (7 beams by door type). Beams are key elements to the door structure that we put up at the beginning of the assembly process in our factory in Prague. In 2018, Latecoere will deliver 1,480 doors and 10,400 beams for 370 A320.
We managed to meet our consumers highly demanding and fast-changing needs by adapting our business. Our partner Dassault 3D Systems enables us to experience the virtual model of our plant in Toulouse Montredon and all of its equipment, so we can reshape it on purpose.
