March 14, Latecoere welcomed in Toulouse sixty members of the Trade Commission of the GIFAS, the French aerospace industries association, for in-depth discussions about the organization of the supply chain.
Yannick Assouad, Latecoere’s CEO and board member of the GIFAS, and Thierry Mootz, Latecoere’s COO, took this opportunity to present the investments led by the group to accelerate its transformation. They reaffirmed the ambition to become a reference in aerostructures and interconnection systems.
The delegation also visited the Toulouse Montredon 4.0 plant, a plant inaugurated in 2018 and labeled “Industry of the future”. The equipment manufacturers discovered the automated and connected production tools that allow the group to gain in both productivity and competitiveness.
